Shipping timelines reflect the total order processing and shipping times. Your items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order date. Shipping times will vary depending on standard or priority shipping and the country in which we are shipping your items.

HOW DO I START MY RETURN?
If you're looking for a refund to your original method of payment, follow these easy steps:
Head to our CONTACT page to create your return.
- Place your item(s) and product labels in the reusable shipping bag or box
- Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible
- We'll refund you within 5-10 business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place
EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders can be exchanged for a different type or size within 30 days of the purchase. Whether you bought one of our products directly through one of our 3rd party sales channels. Simply contact us with the name your product was purchased under and we can help you with an exchange.
