Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

- Place your item(s) and product labels in the reusable shipping bag or box
- Place your shipping label on the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible
- We'll refund you within 10-14 business days of receiving your package

EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders can be exchanged for a different type or size within 30 days of the purchase. Whether you bought one of our products directly through one of our 3rd party sales channels. Simply contact us with the name your product was purchased under and we can help you with an exchange.
